How to deal with the process of Visas to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia?
Visa is necessary for the tourist to visit Indochina, if you have not had a visa to travel, you can contact us to do it for you in a shortage time with one week. Multi entry visa might be required when you do tours to both Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Original passport is required for any visa application. Normally it will take 7-14 working days to process. Please make sure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months before the travel date.
How should I know about the currency & credit card in Indochina?
Vietnam: New Dong (D). Notes are in denominations of D 500,000; 100,000; 50,000; 20,000; 10,000; 5000; 2000; 1000; 500. Coins may be used but not popular.
Cambodia: Riel (CRl) = 100 sen. Notes are in denominations of CRl100,000, 50,000, 20,000, 10,000, 5000, 2000, 1000, 500 and 100.
Laos: Kip (KP). Notes are in denominations of 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5000, 10,000 and 20,000.

How about the time difference?
Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos are on the same time zone. Local time is 3 hours behind Sydney EST time and 4 hours behind during daylight saving.
How should I tip for my tour?
Influenced by American and European travelers, tipping is getting more popular in Asia now. So we suggest total $5 – 10 $ per client per day total for the tour manager, local guides, and coach captains as gratuities for their service. For group tours, normally the Tour leader / National guide will collect the tips for the entire journey on the second day of your tour and will manage for on behalf of the group along the way.
How about electricity voltage & power-point?
The electrical voltage in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos are 220-240 volts, 50Hz.

Most of our group tours are guaranteed departures, whether the group be two or twenty-two people, we guarantee the departure dates at low group prices. You can be confident in knowing your travel plans are set and then relax and prepare for a marvelous holiday.
Group Size
Most of our groups are between 10-20 people. It might be popular in some departures in April, September and October, for your most comfort, the maximum number of group will be 28 people.
How can I eat on my tour?
Western style full breakfast is always included on our tours, and most lunches and dinners, which are local style, are also included. You will find out quite a few local banquets also included in your itinerary. Please check your itinerary for details. Meal code: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner. We will try to arrange the local specialty so that you can enjoy the so-called culture of cuisine. We understand that clients may have varied dietary needs. If you have special dietary needs due to religious or medical limitations etc, please advise your tour guide well in advance. Special food cost extra.

Asia covers extensive territory and has a complex topography, therefore the weather differs from region to region.
The following is a reference table for tourists to prepare clothing on their trips.
o Spring: 10-22C, Western suits, jackets, sports coats, woolen jackets, long sleeve shirts and travel shoes.
o Summer: 22C and above, T-shirts, short sleeve shirts, skirts, sandals, caps, rain wear.
o Autumn: 10-22C, Western suits, jackets, sports coats, light woolen sweaters, and travel shoes.
o Winter: 10C or lower, overcoat, cotton clothes, lined coats. In very cold areas a cap, gloves and cotton-padded shoes are required
